What exactly is kombucha? Ask all your burning questions about this fun fermented beverage. You will learn how to make a successful batch of kombucha as well as create your own signature style and flavor of kombucha. This class will have lots of kombucha tasting along with snacks from A Baked Joint. It also incudes a complete take-home kombucha kit including your scoby and a selection of teas and ingredients to play with. You will leave excited and confident to make your own kombucha!
