The Science (and Sense) Behind Eating Well as We Age.

Overview:

We’ve all heard it: Eat healthy. Avoid sugar. Stick to the Mediterranean diet. Cut the processed stuff. Over time, it becomes background noise—even the best advice loses power without context.

In this Nosh & Know session, we’ll explore the why behind common nutrition guidance, especially as it relates to aging. How does food affect our energy, mood, and brain health as we grow older? Understanding how nutrition shapes physical and mental well-being can spark new motivation to make meaningful changes.

Join us for a discussion that makes nutrition feel less like a lecture—and more like a conversation that matters.
