Meet Your Hosts

This evening is led by three remarkable women who have dedicated their lives to the wellness and wholeness of women just like you.

Rachelle Bernadel | Jada Calhoun | Jennifer Campbell

Together, Rachelle, Jada, and Jennifer bring over two decades of combined experience as coaches, trainers, and mental health professionals. They are passionate about meeting women where they are and equipping them with the tools to truly thrive — mind, body, and spirit.

On March 28th they will be sharing real, practical strategies you can carry with you long after the event ends:

  • Stress management tools that actually work in your everyday life
  • Self-care practices rooted in intention and sustainability
  • Tips for nourishing your body and honoring the physical temple you live in
