Description

This webinar is designed to help cooperative entrepreneurs better asses their competition, industry risks, and opportunities. We will take a participatory approach to teach basic industry topics, and examine the five distinct forces acting on your cooperative. Together we will map the larger ecosystem in which your cooperative operates, leaving with a partial analysis of your industry. Whether you are starting a new cooperative or enhancing your current business strategy this webinar will support you to make skilled decisions about your business. You will begin to translate what you know as a worker-owner into a broader context of what you know about your industry.
