SFPUC Contractors Assistance Center

The Contractors Assistance Center is partnering with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights (LCCR) to provide small, local businesses with information about some of the common clauses in contracts that can impact their business. LCCR's volunteer attorneys will present on the basic laws governing contracts and some important things for small business owners should know about the contracts they sign.
This workshop is in advance of a free legal clinic on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, to help small businesses address potential legal issues (we will be registering people for that clinic at the Know Your Contract workshop).
