Is Know-la FREE?  And can I attend  Know-la every day?

YES!  Know-la is FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.  We only require an RSVP  via this page, for every guest, which allows you access everyday.  Bring your friends!  We can take RSVP's ahead of your arrival and also at the door!

Can I hang out at Know-la at anytime during the day?

YES! Know-la is a space for everyone! Treat it like a lounge or a workspace. Know-la will be equipped with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and refreshments, all within an air-conditioned environment!  Only requirement is you RSVP!

What are the hours for Know-la?

We are open to the public:  Thursday 7/4 from 7pm-9pm; Friday 7/5 from 9am-10pm; Saturday 7/6 from 9am-7pm.

Does Stay Down Get Down! + OMG!  workout clases require registration?

For your fitness class, bring or wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes for proper support and stability. And don't forget to bring your positive attitude, ready to work hard and have a blast while doing it!
