You’ll get your chance on Tuesday, Nov. 14 during the KNOW FISH Dinner® at Porgy’s Seafood Market, a 4-course dinner with beer and wine pairings. You’ll not only feast on delicious, locally caught shrimp and fish deliciously prepared by Chefs Marcus Jacobs, Wataru Saeki, Christina &amp; Dana Honn, you’ll learn why knowing the story of the seafood and the story of the fishermen in and near your community matters.This is the final event in <a href="https://slowfoodusa.org/rising-tide/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Slow Food USA's Slow Fish Rising Tide</a> event series for 2024.
