We will also discuss knife choice, care, and sharpening. You'll improve your efficiency in the kitchen and make meal prep safer and faster. This is the last class before our Summer Break!

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
