Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as we will start right at 9:00! The workout will be 60 minutes long with snack/protein shake provided by Chef's Chad and Gracie Newton.

Join us for a fantastic cause and an unforgettable workout experience! Klug Fitness is excited to host a charity workout event benefiting the Gary Sinise Foundation, dedicated to building smart homes for our nation's most severely wounded heroes. These homes are 100% mortgage-free.

Josh Hargis and his family, who are from Nolensville, TN, will be the beneficiary of this event. Josh served four deployments to Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. His last employment is when tragedy struck and Josh lost both of his legs. This workout specifically, will go towards outfitting Josh's home gym that will customize it to his needs.

We are asking everyone to wear all black attire and/or camo.

Our experienced trainers will lead you through a dynamic 60-minute workout featuring strength training and conditioning challenges suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, there's something for everyone at our event.

Get ready to sweat, meet new friends, and contribute to a meaningful cause! We'll have a DJ pumping up the energy and exciting prizes up for grabs. Plus, enjoy delicious food and beverages courtesy of Chef's Chad & Gracie Newton of "You Are Here Hospitality" after the workout.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if it rains?

We will workout under the parking ramp if it rains; so we will be stay completely dry! If it's sunny, we will be on top!

Where do we park?

Anywhere except the parking ramp. There will be plenty of parking around the hotel and near the parking ramp.

What should I bring?

A bottle water and a positive attitude!

Where is the parking ramp?

West of the hotel. About 50 yards west. Listen for the music and follow the crowd!
