Stephanie Tisdale – Regional Sales Manager, Pinnacle Sales Group
With 22 years in the kitchen and bath industry, Stephanie Tisdale has built her career on product expertise, passion, and strong relationships. A Clemson University graduate, she began her journey in Charleston, SC, and now calls Wake Forest home.
Stephanie is the Regional Sales Manager for Pinnacle Sales Group, representing 18 luxury indoor and outdoor appliance brands across the Raleigh, Greensboro/Winston‑Salem, and Wilmington markets. Pinnacle proudly serves 31 states nationwide.
Married to her husband Brian for 20 years, Stephanie is a proud mom to daughters Abigail and Hannah. She loves traveling with family and friends—especially to Italy, NYC, and Hawaii.
Cherisse Byers – Culinary Educator & Founder of Hone‑Sharpen
Cherisse Byers turned a lifelong love of food into a dynamic career in culinary education. After earning a degree in Finance and Economics from UNC‑Greensboro and raising two young children, she pursued her passion at the Art Institute of Raleigh‑Durham, gaining hands‑on experience through multiple roles in the food industry.
With a degree in Culinary Arts, Cherisse launched her own business teaching cooking classes for events and home cooks, quickly becoming known for her warm, approachable style. She has taught at Wake Tech, Whisk, the Art Institute, and other organizations, inspiring students of all skill levels.
Today, Cherisse is developing Hone‑Sharpen, an innovative, accessible, and fun approach to culinary education designed to reach food lovers wherever they are in their journey.
