Kirtland Community College, in partnership with the NHLA, offers the NHLA Inspector Training School— the premier starting point for anyone considering a career in the hardwood industry. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, NHLA-trained inspectors are in high demand, and many industry-leading companies require their inspectors to be trained and certified through this program.

This year, we’re offering a flexible hybrid course curriculum, which provides students with the opportunity to earn a certificate of completion through a combination of in-person and online learning. The flexible format allows students to progress at their own pace while still gaining essential hands-on experience.

Upon successfully completing both the in-person and online components, students will be awarded an official certificate of completion though the National Hardwood Lumber Association.

Full program cost: $5,330 Payment assistance and arrangements will be made individually.
