Body Conscious are honoured to host Ravi's magic again at the studio...last year was beautiful and he left us all longing for more

The evening begins with connecting with the spirit of cacao through a ceremonial drink.

Ravi then guides us as a group toconnect with the heart opening magic of.music, voice and cacao. We will be taken on a journey thpough our bodies tuning into our subtle energy system through vibration, voice, connection and movement.

We close circle with an epic sound bath.

Please note ALL levels of signing ability welcome...you do not need to 'be able tosing'! because we ALL CAN!
