Brandon’s focus is on operationalizing learning and working with data analytics to demonstrate the value of learning against business results.In June 2016, Brandon earned his Gold Level Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification. Invoice: You can register now and delay payment by requesting an invoice at the bottom right corner of the registration page. Payment will be due 20 days from the invoice date, or 5 business days before the start of the program, whichever comes first, regardless of your preferred payment method (credit card, check, electronic funds transfer).

Cancellation Policy
<P STYLE="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">If you register for this program and for any reason are unable to attend, please notify us immediately. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
<P STYLE="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">11+ business days prior to program: Payment refund less $150 processing fee, or reschedule to attend a future program for a $150 processing fee, or substitute another attendee for the same program at no additional charge

<P STYLE="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">5 business days or fewer prior to program, and no-shows: No refunds or transfers; substitute another attendee for the same program at no additional charge
<P STYLE="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">If you reschedule a second time, another $150-300 processing fee will apply based on the time of transfer. If you still find yourself unable to attend after having rescheduled twice, you may send another attendee in your place, or forfeit your registration and any related payments.
Registrations are valid for one (1) year from the original booking date.
