Dress code is business casual- Polo shirts, jeans or slacks, and comfortable tennis shoes or loafers recommended. Please no shorts, no derogatory or inappropriate t-shirts, no open-toed shoes.
We cordially invite spouses to join us for the dinner event, as well as breakfast and lunch. However, please note that for the safety seminar sessions scheduled for the following day, we kindly request that only crew members be in attendance. There are no planned activities for spouses. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to having you join us for a memorable event.
Please email Jessica.Nelson@Kirbycorp.com or call Jessica at 832-210-7932 if you need hotel accommodations for the night of the seminar. You will need to contact crew dispatch for all other travel arrangements. The hotel provides free shuttle transportation from the airport to the hotel.
**Please note that you can only attend ONE safety seminar per year. If you have previously attended a safety seminar in 2024, you will not be able to sign up for another.
