A seasonal pop-up, KIPPIS by PAIKKA is a chance to sip, shop, and socialize with us. Kippis, meaning 'cheers' in Finnish, embraces gathering 'just because', to cheers and toast each other, celebrating everything big and small.

From cover crops to tasting notes, the worlds of wine and flowers are inextricably tied together. "What grows together goes together" usually refers to a food pairing, but biodiversity in a vineyard is just as important for the final outcome in your glass. For this Kippis, in the spirit of May Day, we are celebrating floral wines and wines focused on regenerative, sustainable, and biodynamic practices. Explore a range of varietals, producers, and regions perfect for welcoming spring!

Join us and partners New France, Libation Project, The Wine Co., and Thomas Liquors for a selection of wines and light bites on Tuesday, April 28, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This is a walk-around, wine tasting event. You'll be able to taste wines from our partners, make selections and place an order with Thomas Liquors for pick up at their shop, after the event.
