Throughout the event, we'll be building our pride altar together.

We will have a PRIDE alter set up as a celebration of life for those in our communities that have passed on. We invite you to bring photographs, mementos, art, stones, or any offering of your choosing to celebrate our loved ones.

BYO

  • Food & drinks
  • Chairs & blankets
  • Items for the pride altar
  • We will have drinking water but limited supply of reusable cups so please bring your own! Thank you!!

Accessibility information

  • Wood chip pathways and dance floor
  • Music will be playing the entire event. We will have quiet spaces in the food forest.
  • Please bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise
  • This event takes place outdoors. Masking is optional and we encourage you to mask per your comfort level.

Parking
Please park on the farm side of the street anywhere up or down the street - lots of parking is usually available. Do NOT park on the grass across the street from the farm. This is important for safety vehicles to pass through. We reserve 2 driveway parking spots (in the gravel, on the right) for folks with accessibility needs. Please consider parking further away from the home if you are able-bodied. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Kindness Farm is an immigrant, refugee, & queer led non-profit educational, urban, regenerative farm in SE Portland🌞🌈🌱

We're an almost entirely volunteer run farm that donates 100% of what we grow to people experiencing food insecurity; and we teach kids, adults, and seniors how to grow their own food sustainably, on a limited budget.

In the last 3.5 years we've...

  • Provided environmental, regenerative education to 3,204 children, adults, and seniors.
  • Engaged a large, committed community of volunteers to create a resilient, healing space with 20,192 volunteer hours.
  • Grown nutritious, healthy produce for over 63,983 meals, produce-boxes, and free food pantries.

We work with immigrants, refugees, LGBTQIIA2S+, folks with low-income, BIPOC, & disabled folks. BIPOC, disabled folks, youth & seniors.✊🏻✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🫶🏼🌿
