Please join us for a monthly facilitated conversation where participants share stories, poems, reflections, or lived experiences.Each session has a theme such as: kindness, resilience, courage, emotional balance, community support, etc. We hope to to create a safe, inclusive space for Grimsby residents to build connection, practice empathy, and strengthen emotional wellbeing through shared storytelling. Potential themes include: spirituality, mindfulness, emotional growth, and community connection. The program is hosted by Harjeet Dhillon, a local author, community volunteer, and emotional awareness educator.
