Bring your kiddos for a fun morning session of movement challenges and breathing exercises. This class will be led by a certified children's yoga instructor, Paola Gonzalez. No experience is necessary--just come ready to have fun! Parents can also participate in the class.Considerations:* Bring your mat and a bottle of water* Wear comfortable clothes* Outdoors in a covered area* Socially distanced class
