About the facilitator:
Amara Amethyst helps heart-centered people, especially womxn and youth, feel safe in your bodies so you can step into authentic leadership. She is a Sonic Priestess and devotee of the Goddess and Earth.
She specializes in creating a nurturing space where you feel safe to soften into trust.
Amara is passionate about exploring the edges and depths of the human experience while cultivating safety and presence. She has worked as an educator in outdoor science schools, National Parks, and National Wildlife Refuges. She is also a youth soccer coach at summer camps and has been teaching kids' meditation and sound healing playshops since 2015.
She also loves to dance and sing!
