Welcome to the Garner Holt Animaker Space at the Fontana Lewis Library and Technology Center! Our programs are designed to give participants the knowledge and "how-to" for many computer programs and machinery that learners of all ages are interested in.


Current classes offered include:

-3D Printing and TinkerCAD

-CorelDRAW and Laser Cutting

-Vinyl Printing and Heat Pressing

- And more!



We please ask those who are registering for programs to follow the age guides for each class. These age ranges are:


Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday classes are for ages 8-12 years old

Wednesday classes are for Teens ages 13-17 years old

Saturday classes are for adults ages 18+



We currently do not have Animaker Space classes for children under 8 years old. Please visit the branch and pick up a current program calendar for a list of additional programs that the library offers for all ages.


For the safety and security of all students, parents/guardians must remain in the waiting area outside of the classroom for the duration of the program. Parents do not need to register themselves for children's classes. Registration is required for the actual class participants within the designated age range.


Late arrivals will be accommodated until 15 minutes after the start of program.

Frequently asked questions

Does my child need to come to program every day?

No, each class in the week will go over the same machine and project. Participants only need to come to one class per week to learn how to use the machine!

Is there a waiting list?

Space is limited to ensure the safety of the participants. Individuals who are unable to register may check in with the instructor 5 minutes after the class has begun for availability.

Can parents/guardians remain in the Animaker Space during the program?

Guardians may stay with their children in the Animaker Space or sit in the waiting area by the room until the end of program. For safety purposes, guardians will need to provide their contact information. Those with children under 14 years must remain in the library for the duration of the program.

Whose name should be used to register?

The participants name should be used when acquiring a ticket for the class.

Is an individual order required for each participant?

You may order multiple tickets in one order. A ticket is required for each participant. Parents do not require a ticket.

What if my child cannot attend a program that they are registered for?

If you cannot attend a program that you have already registered for, please cancel your Eventbrite ticket. Space in programs is limited and we would like to give others a chance to register and attend Animaker Space programs.
