Welcome to the Kicks 4 Canines Soccer Tournament happening on Sat, Jul 13, 2024 at C.E McCall Middle School! This is a fun 5v5 youth soccer tournament benefiting the Montoursville Warriors Soccer programs and local rescue animal associations.

All U10 & U12 rosters are welcome to compete in our family-friendly environment! All teams are guaranteed to play at least three 20-minute games and have the chance to compete for championship medals!

5v5 (1 GK + 4 Field Players) is the perfect environment to test skills and build team chemistry. The smaller field (50 yards long by 30 yards wide) enables fast-paced and high-scoring play. Enjoy an action-packed day at the Kicks 4 Canines Soccer Tournament!

C.E McCall Middle School features four 5v5 fields, a concession stand, adequate bleacher seating, and plenty of parking and space for teams to enjoy themselves! Coaches and spectators are encouraged to bring canopies and lawn chairs for added comfort.

Frequently asked questions

What are the age cutoffs for each division?

We're adopting the 2023-24 EPYSA age registration rules for the event. We have two age divisions: U10 (Birth Years 2014-17) and U12 (Birth Years 2012-13).

Are there any rules different in this event than other competitions?

Notably, there are no offsides and no throw-ins. All balls played from the sidelines must be kicked in, and kick-ins are eligible to score directly. Opponents must give 5 yards of space for the kick. Otherwise, all rules are the same.

How frequently will my team play?

All teams will play a minimum of three 20-minute 5v5 soccer games in Group Play. Teams should expect to play every 1-1.5 hours during Group Play. Championship Semi and Finals will be played back-to-back, beginning around 2 PM.

What's the roster size limits?

All teams must have a minimum of three players to compete. The maximum amount of players on a team is 10.

Will you have a concession stand?

Absolutely! We'll have a full menu of drink and food choices.
