What food will be offered?

We will feature a 2 meat buffet along with potatoes, a vegetable, plus 5 salads, home made bread and butter, plus lemonade and ice tea

Question 3

Will the outdoor patio be open?

Accepted Answer

For those of you familiar with Eagle Point Lodge you recall the breathtaking view of the Mississippi River from the patio. Tables and chairs will be set up on the patio, weather permitting. Bring your camera for memorable photos. Speakers will be set up for you to listen to music.

Question 4

Is there  a silent auction?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A silent auction will allow online bidding on your computer or cell phone until 5:30 PM on May 9. After that time you will be able to fill out your bids on paper at the event until 7:00 PM.

Question 5

How does the dessert auction work?

Accepted Answer

Each table will have an envelope on it. We suggest that guests at your table pool your money together and place it in the envelope. Those envelopes will be collected around 6:45. The table with the most money gets 1st choice of dessert all the way to the envelope with the least money.

Question 6

Is there reserved seating?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but not mandatory. If you would like to sit together as a group we recommend you designate 1 person to reserve a table of 8 or 10 online. Your name badges and drink tickets will then be placed at your reserved table seat which will speed up time at check-in.
