Join KICK IT BY ELIZA instructor, Cristina, for another pop-up fitness class at Greater Good! KICK IT BY ELIZA is a 13-round music-driven fitness method that includes cardio kickboxing, low impact exercises and a meditative cool down. All fitness levels are welcome. The class can be modified to your comfort level and is designed to make you feel GOOD!The workout will be outside in the parking lot, so please bring a mat, towel and wear a face covering upon arrival. Ticket includes a FREE pour of one of Greater Good&#x27;s beers on tap following the workout. Must be 21+ to attend. Let&#x27;s KICK IT!
