Do I need to bring sheets?

Yes. You will need to provide sheets for your table for 3-4 shares over the course of two days.

Do I need to bring lubricant?

No. Lymphatic Drainage doesn't require lubricant.

Will there be breaks?

Yes. We take frequent 10 min breaks, but there is no lunch break. You need to eat a full meal before coming to class. There will be about an hour of lecture before getting on a table, so you will have time to digest.
