About this event

  • 1 hour
  • Welcome to the Keys to Understanding Your Bloodwork event! Join us on Tue, May 14, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Sanger Branch Library, Community Room B to learn more about what your bloodwork results mean. Grab your labs and take a look inside, or if you don't have them, that's okay. You will learn how to read them for the next blood draw.

  • Have you ever been told your labs are normal and yet you wonder "Why do I feel this way?"

I have brainfog, headaches, difficulty focusing, and my relationships are suffering both personally and professionally.

  • Are you running low on energy and can't seem to keep the pace with day-to-day demands?

You want to be the amazing parent, spouse, partner, or professional and your tank is on empty, so you half show up getting something on the table for the family for dinner and you just wish you had the energy to cook a nutritious meal, or take the kids to the park after school.

Do you find yourself needing to set an alarm so you don't forget to pick up your kids from school or an event? Or are you dragging yourself out of bed when the alarm goes off after hitting snooze several times?

Do you get easily frustrated because your expecations of yourself and your partner do not align?

Are your work projects not going as well as you would like; you seem to be more distracted and you desire to be a better performer to achieve the next raise or advancement.

  • Do you feel stressed, anxious, overwhelm and you are uncertain why?

You are not alone. Nearly 25% of Americans across the country are experiencing high levels of stress, up from 19% in 2019, according to a poll completed by the American Psychoogical Association.

  • Could some of the answers be hidden within your bloodwork?

What if I told you there are answers in your normal labs?

You might think that is crazy they are normal. Or you might think, that makes a lot of sense because I feel awful, and my labs keep coming back normal.

This in-person event will cover 5-blood markers that are gold if you know how to read them correctly. Our expert speaker will break down the information in a way that's easy to understand, so you can take control of your health. Don't miss this opportunity to demystify your bloodwork and gain valuable insights into your overall well-being. See you there!

When you register for the event at https://www.wanishiwellness.com a free gift will be on its way to your inbox on the day of the event.

Do I need to bring lab results to the workshop?
