About this event

  • 1 hour

One of the biggest challenges I hear from many individuals is time. Fitness is necessary in everyone's life in one form or another. Time can be spent traveling to a facility, setting up equipment, transitioning from exercise to exercise, so on and so forth. There is no problem with any of these things as long as you have the time to do so. Everyone can benefit from knowing how to get good training in a small amount of time with no to limited equipment. That is where the kettlebell comes in!

Learn how to utilize the kettlebell and its unique shape to make the most out of this one piece of equipment. The better you get, the less time you may have to spend to get your training in. From low intensity mobility and strength to high intensity power, and everything in between; create a strong foundation you can take a build from to create a good training program and/or support your current goals!

Beginner: (Low to moderate intensity but scaleable in class)
