Learn how to perform:

Day 1: Kettlebell Deadlift and Two Handed Swings

Day 2: One Handed Swings and Accessories

Day 3: Turkish Get Ups

Day 4: Clean and Press


All classes are an hour long and beginner friendly. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, a notebook if you're a note taker, and prepare to have a good time!

Kettle BASICS completion qualifies you to take the next step and enter into a KettlePALS class if you are interested in continuing! If you are not interested in taking all of the classes, each class is $15 at the door, cash only.
