WHAT IS KERFLUFFLE?

INTRODUCING: KERFLUFFLE 5: ROLL WITH IT!

WHEN: March 31st, 2018, from 9PM until 1AM
WHERE: Rinx Entertainment Centre, 65 Orfus Road (near Yorkdale shopping centre)

Have you ever wanted to play lacrosse while driving a bumper car in fursuit? How about fursuit roller derby to the strains of the latest disco & dance hits, while a mirror ball spins above? Maybe chasing down your fluffly friends with a laser gun is more your style?

Spend four hours having a blast with fuzzy creatures at a wacky entertainment venue! Your admission includes unlimited, exclusive use of the following activities. You can play each of these activities as many times as you want, for the entire event!

LASER TAG
Blast your friends away with state-of-the-art laser tag games played in a 3,300 sq foot glowing neon course!

COSMIC MINIGOLF
Show off your putting skills with 9 holes of glow-in-the-dark minigolf!

ROLLER SKATING
Don a pair of skates (either in-line or old-skool) and zoom around the rink, while our DJs shake you to the core with rockin' dance beats and disco lighting! Fursuits and shoes will also be allowed on the rink. You can also bring your own skates!

CYBER SPORT / WHIRLYBALL
What happens when bumper cars meets basketball? Pilot your own electric bumper car as you try to throw a ball into the opposing team's basket. If you've never seen this sport before, check out a video here!

GAMES ROOM
Enjoy unlimited foosball, billiards, air hockey, basketball hoops, table tennis, and video poker in the adjoining games room.

UNLIMITED FOUNTAIN DRINKS
Enjoy unlimited sodas, coffee, tea, and water, included with your admission.

CASH BAR
Available drinks are red & white wine, domestic & imported beer, coolers, and standard bar rail with house brands (vodka, gin, rum, rye, scotch, and mixers). Drinks will be available at the bar at usual bar prices.

LIVE DJs
Four incredible DJs will keep the party going all night long!

• 9pm to 10pm: Frost Kage
• 10pm to 11pm: Ronnie
• 11pm to 12am: Louie
• 12am to 1am: Potoroo

FURSUITING
Yes, all activities are fursuit friendly! Shake your tail on the roller rink with the best of them! A change room / headless lounge will be available. Cold water will be provided.

Sponsor Admission - $62.99
Includes General admission, PLUS you will receive a unique laser-etched acrylic badge featuring original art by talented Canadian artist Lappy! The badge will include your name or custom text etched into the bottom.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All ages are welcome, but ID will be required to purchase liquor.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of free parking at the venue. If you are coming by transit, you can take the subway to Yorkdale station and walk about 20 minutes, or take the subway to Wilson station and then take the Dufferin bus southbound and get off at Orfus road, and then it is about an 8 minute walk from Dufferin station. The address is 65 Orfus Road.

What can I bring into the event?

You can bring your fursuit or costume! You can also bring small, pre-bagged candy and snacks. Sorry, but you can't bring other food or drinks.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

As this is a licensed venue, you will not be allowed to bring your own beverages. Free coffee, water, tea, and pop will be provided. Small, pre-bagged candy and snacks are allowed, but larger food items are not.

Will there be food?

Yes! The venue is keeping their restaurant open for us until midnight. So you can buy fries, burgers, etc.

Can I bring my own booze?

As this is a licensed venue, no, you are not allowed to bring your own liquor. The cash bar offers drinks for $9 each.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring your ticket either in paper or on your phone so we can scan the bar code. You will be issued a wristband at the door, which you must wear for the duration of the event.
