Thank you for your purchase! A few things you'll need to keep in mind: Please remember, everyone is arriving and leaving at a similar time, which creates a unique challenge for our serving staff in comparison to a normal bar or restaurant which can stagger their orders. Because of this, we ask you to help us out a little with arrivals and departures. Please find your set's instructions below, and do your best to follow these guidelines to help us serve you and your fellow guests better. First Set Attendees: You can arrive as early as 6:00 pm and anything you order while waiting does count toward your drink minimum. Please arrive no later than15 minutes before the start time of 7 pm. This allows us more time to seat you and get your order in before the start of the music and with the least amount of disruption to the music (which is why we are all there). Our staff should start checking you out before the end of the set, this is to help manage the short turnover time for the second set. Please help us, by not lingering more than 10 minutes after the end of the music so that we can manage the cleaning of the room before the start of the second show. Second Set Attendees: Please do not arrive more than 20 mins prior to the start time of 9 pm. Our staff has a large job in cleaning up between sets, and this is easier managed with fewer guests on the floor. 20 mins should give us plenty of time to get everyone seated and intake your first order. Due to so many orders coming in at once, your first drink could arrive a little slower than at the average bar where orders are more staggard. We ask that you be patient with us during this initial and unavoidable rush. If there is no late set, you are welcome to hang out, drink, and socialize after the show and any drinks you purchase at this time will count toward your drink minimum. If there is a late set, please help us, by not lingering more than 10 minutes after the end of the music so that we can manage the cleaning of the room before the start of the third show.
