Kabri (kay-bree) is an accomplished construction program leader known for her integrated approach to technical risk assessment, effective communication, and values stewardship. Her expertise in bringing clarity to team objectives is grounded in her experience across all phases of complex, active-campus projects in the aviation and higher education sectors.

Kabri applies a superintendent’s strategic knowledge of field operations to program-level management of contracts sized $100M to $1B. She is valued by clients and trade partners as a talented coordinator of construction phasing and an attentive leader of her teams - a reputation built on the strength of the mutually beneficial relationships she fosters.

Recognized as one of ENR's 2023 Top 20 Under 40 national honorees and Construction Business Owner's 2019 Outstanding Women in Construction, Kabri is also the recipient of AGC of Washington's 2022 inaugural Rising Star award, Washington Women in Trades' 2019 Workplace Leader award and is a proud member of Building Design+Construction Media's 2023 class of 40 Under 40.
