Washington, DC Area, come be refreshed with movement workshops and wellness that are tailored for you.  There is something for everyone!  
Workshops will consist of:

<LI>Movement Ministry discussion panel:  Burning questions you have regarding movement ministry?  Come ask, engage, and listen to our experienced panel.</LI>
<LI>Onsite Masseuse:  Take a session(s), then take a break and be loosened up with our onsite masseuse</LI>
<LI>Dance Fitness: Who doesn't want to get in a good workout!</LI>
<LI>Wellness tips: How to govern the temple that has been given to you.  </LI>
<LI>'Gentle Movement': Suffering from any type of injury?  This class is for you.  Learn alternative ways and still be able to PRAISE!</LI>
