Keepsake Flower Memorial Garden - Garden City
Join us for a heartfelt gathering at the Keepsake Flower Memorial Workshop in Northville, MI. This special event will take place at 801 Griswold St, where we'll come together to honor and remember our loved ones.
Learn how to incorporate your loved one's ashes into glass artwork and create a forever keepsake piece. In the example shown, cremation ashes are located at the bottom (in the ground) and in the center of the flower. The flowers symbolizes that you grew because of them.... and that you continue to grow because of them. The ashes can be from a special loved one or you may combine ashes so that they are together in your beautiful piece of art.
This is a beautiful piece and I will help you start with the flower (the focal point) and show you how to dam the ashes so that they are secure and fill in the background for a beautiful contour fuse in the kiln. Your project will be complete and delivered back to the Center (where we have the class) in 10-12 days.
This activity supports The Living and Learning Enrichment Center. Baseline Studio at Living and Learning is a fully equipped, adaptive art studio that runs art programming for teens and adults with Autism and other Disabilities. Your ticket purchase helps provide scholarship dollars for teens and adults with Autism to attend art courses at Baseline Studio. Thank you for your support!
If you chose the pay by mail option, approx 3-4 weeks prior to class you will receive an email with mailing instructions and deduct your $5 deposit. No refunds on the deposit.

2024 Refund policy. You may cancel your transfer your reservation up to 7 days prior to the event. Cancellation fee of $25. Zero transfer fee. This covers the online processing fees and the venue rental fees. 2-7 days prior to the event there are no refunds only a transfer allowed. If an emergency arises, you may send someone in your place.
