Is the event free?

YES! If you plan on attending all we ask is that (if able) to please donate a non-perishable food item or toiletries to benefit the Klamath Community College Student Food Pantry.

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

Klamath Community College's south parking lot will be available for attendees. Adjacent to the lot will be several registration/check-in tents to pick up your goodie bag and program. A separate prize table will have shirt orders. There will be signage pointing towards the south parking lot.

Will there be food available?

YES! We are planning a food court on-campus with a variety of food and drink options throughout the day.

Question 4

What activities will be offered at KCC Comic Con 2023?

Accepted Answer

We are still finalizing all details, but expect a wide variety of free and fun activities. Planned events include:
-Cosplay costume contest
-Board games and guided Dungeons&Dragons adventures
-Arts and crafts
-Videogames
-Vendors
-Virtual Reality
-Flight sim/trucking sim
-Outdoor games
-Speakers

Question 5

What is your event policy on costumes and content?

Accepted Answer

We embrace the ideals of free speech and creative expression, but ask that material that might reasonably be viewed as having "adult content" (e.g. human character full nudity, graphic portrayals of sexual intercourse, etc) be kept out of reach/line of sight of minor children.

What is your policy on weapons?

Accepted Answer

We know you may have simulated or costume weapons as part of your con attire
Please do not bring real guns–only props
Prop firearms should be distinguishable from live weapons
Other weapons capable of firing projectiles should be disengaged during the con
Weapons with sharp edges are discouraged

What is your policy on discrimination?

KCC Comic-Con and Klamath Community College have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to: Stalking, Intimidation, Offensive verbal comments, Physical assault and/or battery, Harassing or non-consensual photography/recording, Sustained disruption of activities

Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, welcoming, awesome event where fans of all kinds can come together and celebrate. We want you to not only have the most amazing weekend ever, but to experience it in an environment where you are safe and accepted.

Where do I go to collect my Comic-Con shirt?

Accepted Answer

Advance orders of KCC Comic Con 2023 shirts will be available the prize table.  Maps of campus and a schedule of activities will be available in the event program.

Question 10

What do I do if I have an emergency or complaint?

To report an issue, please contact event administrators, venue staffers, member of the event Security Team/Police and/or call 911. This applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, fans, speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, and security are all subject to these policies.

How can I help out at the event?

KCC Comic Con 2023 doesn't happen without a veritable army of volunteers making the magic happen. I fyou are interested in helping out you will receive a free event shirt and have food and drinks provided.

I want to be a vendor at KCC Comic Con 2023!

GREAT! We have space for 50 vendors (and slots are filling up fast). There is a separate Eventbrite registration page for vendors, so please search for that and reserve your table space ASAP.
