ONLINE TICKET SALES WILL END AT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT! Does this mean I can't buy tickets after tonight??? Not at all. We will have both competitor &amp; spectator tickets available at the door on Saturday starting at 2pm however if you plan on competing, you'll need to be registered by 5:15. Doors will open at 4:00 and the competition will begin at 6:00. $20 for adult competitors/$10 for junior competitors &amp; $10 for spectators (12 &amp; under are free with a paid adult admission) For tonight only, you can save $2 a ticket by entering the promo code: INBEARDWETRUST.
It's back by popular demand! The Kansas City Beard and Moustache Club is proud to present KC BeardCon 2016: Beard &amp; Moustache Competition of Comic Proportions! This is our 3rd beard and moustache competition and we have pulled out all of the stops to make this one of the premiere facial hair contests of 2016. All proceeds from this event will be going to benefit Harvesters Community Food Network of Kansas City.
Harvesters is a regional food bank serving a <A HREF="https://www.harvesters.org/Harvesters.org/media/assets-uploaded/General%20PDF%20Docs/Harvesters_ServiceArea2014.pdf" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">26-county area</A> of northwestern Missouri and northeastern Kansas. They provide food and related household products to more than 620 not-for-profit agencies including emergency food pantries, community kitchens, homeless shelters, children’s homes and others. Harvesters also offers education programs to increase community awareness of hunger and teach about good nutrition.
This year's competition will be held in the beautiful &amp; spacious Uptown Theater!  There'll be 15 different categories available to compete in, sweet trophies, raffles, silent auction, cold beer, great music, etc. Come join us for an evening of facial fur and fun all for a great cause!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There are no age limits for this event however parents/guardians will need to be responsible for their children under the age of 18. Alcohol will be available for purchase and a valid ID will be required for those who choose to partake. 
 
How is the parking around the Uptown?
There is plenty of parking available across the street in the parking lot to the north. 
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? 
It is preferred but not necessary. 
 
What are the refund policies? 
There are no refunds. Your payment is considered a donation to Harvesters Community Food Network of Kansas City.
