This is your night to ease into festival mode- where the beats are flowing, the beads are clacking, and conversations come easy. Whether you're deep in your kandi era or just kandi-curious, come hang, create, and connect.

Bring your crew or pull up solo. You'll find yourself trading stories, swapping bracelets, and meeting new festival friends before the chaos of EDC even begins. It's part craft night, part chill pregame, part "how did I just make a new bestie?"

We'll have music setting the vibe, tables ready for your creaitons, and a space that feels like a soft launch into a festival season.

Got your own stash of beads? Bring it. No prep? No problem- materials will be available if you want to jump in. Want to do something else? We have craft kits on hand.

Carmen and Steven started Sunset Commons to provide a space to connect and build community through arts and craft activities led by talented local artists. Inspired by a love for creativity and a desire to foster connection in the Sunset District, we envisioned a “third space” where neighbors can gather, unwind, and form meaningful relationships. Our mission is to empower self-expression, boost confidence, and offer an inclusive haven for everyone, from introverts seeking a calm environment to those enjoying health-focused traditional teas. Sunset Commons is not just a business - it’s our way of enriching the community we love and to the city we both grew up in.
