You'll get a full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more in advance, otherwise no refund.
You will be asked to fast for 8hours minimum. Have a light dinner day before the circle and no breakfast day of Kambo since the circle starts at 9am. You can have some water or herbal teas.
I will ask some questions about your medical history to make sure it's okay for you to receive Kambo. Please read contraindications on my website (www.nikkaalma.com) and for you to have an opportunity to ask any questions and connect.
Comfortable clothes and some layers as with Kambo your body temperature can fluctuate.
Bring a water bottle, your journal and that's it as all the yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and the rest will be provided.
