Come hungry, bring your friends and family, and enjoy a cherished dining tradition that brings people together.<h3>The Menu</h3><ul><li>Lechon — Succulent whole-roasted pork with crackling skin, locally sourced in Massachusetts and prepared through a 72-hour brining and curing process.</li><li>Ginataang Lobster — Fresh Maine lobster poached in coconut milk with kabocha squash and long beans.</li><li>Chicken Inasal — Charbroiled, bone-in chicken infused with lemongrass and calamansi.</li><li>Pancit Bihon — A Filipino party staple featuring angel-hair rice noodles sautéed with a vegetable mélange.</li><li>Lumpiang Shanghai — Crispy spring rolls filled with Angus beef, pork, and a medley of root vegetables.</li><li>Bicolano Corn — Roasted corn on the cob served with an umami-forward coconut-ginger sauce.</li><li>Garlic Rice — Jasmine rice infused with roasted garlic, hand-sculpted on the table, and topped with crispy garlic.</li><li>Seasonal Roasted Vegetables</li><li>Fresh-Cut Fruit</li><li>Calamansi Cannoli — House-made ricotta and mascarpone filling flavored with Filipino lime and hints of vanilla.</li><li>Ube Tres Leches Cake — Purple sweet potato sponge soaked in an ube-infused blend of three milks and topped with coconut whipped cream.</li></ul><h3>Seating Options</h3>Private tables: Book four or more tickets in one reservation to receive a private table reserved exclusively for your party. For guest comfort and food safety, private parties will not be combined with other groups, and your kamayan feast will be served only to your party.Public communal table: Attending alone or with fewer than four people? Reserve a seat at our public table, where individuals, couples, and smaller parties can enjoy the kamayan experience together. Guests selecting this option should expect to be seated with other attendees.Space is limited, so reserve your private table or public-table seat before tickets sell out!
