About this event

  • 2 hours

Kalorama started as a farm rising above the City of Washington but became a cultural and political epicenter of the city from the time Joel Barlow moved there in 1807. Kalorama has been home to more Presidents of the United States than any other location in world (other than the White House of course!). Today it's home to Barak Obama, Jeff Bezos, the French Ambassdor and much more.

Come explore the architectural styles and learn about the grand Pre-War buildings in the neighborhood. The most important espionage event of World War II that happened in Kalorama and so much more!

The tour is led by Joseph Himali, a raconteur and Realtor, who is well known through his Instagram and TikTok accounts (@bestaddress).
