The Kalibrr team invites you to Kalibrr Academy Online Training Session. The session will be entirely online through Google Meet. You will receive access of the online session 1 day before the scheduled training.
How to join the online training session?
The online training session is done via Google Meet and doesn't require any installation. We highly recommend that you are using Google Chrome as your default browser. You will receive a Google Invite with the link of the online session at least 3 hours before the event.
Who can attend this training session?
This training program is designed only for recruiters who are first-time users of Kalibrr and are currently subscribed, but existing clients with new recruiters who have no prior experience with the Kalibrr recruiter platform are encouraged also to attend.
What will the session cover?
This session covers the Basic Module of our Recruiter Training Certification Program. We'll walk you through the Kalibrr Recruiter platform and its basic features. Participants will learn the following:
- Job Posting on Kalibrr
- Searching for & Inviting Candidates
- Navigating the Kalibrr Recruiter Platform
- Accepting applications
- Scheduling interviews with candidates
- Setting up your company page
All throughout the discussion, we'll be sharing best practices from our team and other fellow recruiters.
What should I prepare?
Since this is an online training, make sure to have a computer or laptop with you, connected to a stable internet connection. Preparing questions in advance is greatly appreciated for a more productive session. And lastly, don't forget to bring your curiosity and energy to our session. :)
Do I need to pay for anything?
Kalibrr Academy's Online Training Sessions are included in your Kalibrr package. Attendees must be prepared to show proof of subscription.
Can my other teammates attend?
Feel free to invite any other Kalibrr users you think will benefit from this training. Each session can accommodate up to10 participants. Make sure they register too. If these sessions are full, simply register for the next date. We hope to see you soon!
