Inspired by Himalayan Kriya yoga, this flow-based practice infuses mudra, mantra, pranayama, Kriya, and (optional) vinyasa to create a beautiful and intentional Yogic Experience. This all-levels practice seeks to integrate the rituals of breathwork, sacred movement, and focused intention to create a deeply powerful and connecting experience.
