Are you a K-Pop fan living in the Detroit area looking for a free event to have some fun at while also connecting with other fellow fans? Look no further. The Bowen Branch Library is offering free admittance and free materials for K-Pop fans to decorate photocard toploaders!

At this event, everyone will recieve two free toploaders and the freedom to decorate it however they wish using the materials provided by us, which includes stickers, deco cream, and adorable charms. The only thing you need to bring are photocards of your favorite idols to slip into the sleeeve once you finish.

So, bring your K-Pop passion, aesthetics, and creativity and join us at the Bowen Branch Library on Thursday, August 30th from 4-5 pm for this wonderful event!
