Introduction to the Justisse Method of Fertility Awareness ONLINE

V is a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and the founder of The Cuntsultant, Your Vagina’s Consultant. She is a Justisse Method fertility awareness educator, teaching how to avoid or achieve pregnancy without synthetic hormones and gain a deeper understanding of our total body health through the menstrual cycle. Her work focuses on demystifying the female body, body literacy, and teaching women and people with vaginas ways to connect with their bodies.The Cuntsultant is the culmination of her lifelong pursuit to learn as much as possible about the vagina and the people who have them -- physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She believes that all female bodied people should be empowered to know more about their bodies and the way they work. She is passionate about reproductive justice, LGBTQ+ inclusion, full spectrum care, abortion access and provocation in the name of education. Are you tired of the side effects of birth control and ready to try a new approach? Have you heard about natural birth control but don't understand how it works? Or are you ready for babies but getting pregnant harder than you thought it would be? Are you struggling to figure out when you're fertile? Maybe babies doesn't apply to your life, but you're desiring a new relationship to your body, one based on a deeper understanding of how your cycles work?
If any of this resonates with you, then join me for an introduction to the Justisse Method of Ferility Awareness. In this three-hour online workshop, we'll discuss how to use the scientifically-based Justisse Method to avoid or achieve pregnancy, review the observable fertile signs of the female body, and learn the value of charting your cycle for your overall health. We will also review the reproductive anatomy and physiology. While this will be mainly lecture based, there will be ample time to ask questions and get clarity on your fertility questions.
This workshop is free and open to everyone over the age of 18, regardless of sexual orientation, gender indentification, or partnership status. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to bring your partner(s)! Upon registration you will receive the online meeting link as well as a short questionnaire to fill out prior to the workshop. Attendees who wish to use the Justisse Method will receive a special discount on Follow Up sessions with me (more info to be provided).
