Greg Jarrell, vocalist Dawn Anthony, and the Carolina Social Music Club offer a 90 minute join interactive program of music, readings, corporate singing, and art to inspire all to create spaces for justice and belonging.

Readings will be offered from Greg's new book, Our Tresspasses: White Churches and the Taking of American Neighborhoods and limited copies will be available for purchase.

This event is being hosted by the Missional Collective: Folks who are cultivating lives of experiential neighboring and this event made possible through the Mission Engagement department of the Western North Caronlina Conference of the United Methodist Church.

How much is the event?

You can secure a spot for free, but your confirmation email will include a link for a suggested donation ($10 per ticket). Refreshments will be served and adult beverages will be available at the expense of the attendees. There will also be opportunity to purchase books and other items.

Who is Greg Jarell?

Greg Jarell is a friend of the Missional Collective and has been leading in the Enderley Park community in Charlotte for a number of years. He leads a labyrinth for Missional Collective participants each year (and as requested, too!) Learn more at www.gregjarrell.com

Who/what is the Missional Collective?

The Missional Collective is a growing group of individuals committed to experiential neighboring through immersive learning, cultural discernment, and skill sharing. Primarily rooted in Western NC, participants grow to become partners and support and share in each other's missional desires.

How long will it last?

The program is a 90 minute program with a mix of music, readings, sing a-long songs, to inspire community and belonging. We do ask that participants attempt to stay for the entire program since we have limited tickets and previously had to waitlist folks.
