Ahead of the 2026 Horsforth Green Festival, Horsforth Climate Action is partnering with stocked. to host a PAYF hands-on, creative 'Junk Jam' workshop for families and people of all ages to create musical instruments from reused and recycled materials.
If you've ever wanted to turn one of Slow Rise's pink pickle tins into a drum, now is your chance! Or bring your own materials and ideas along!
Workshop attendees will be able to take away their Junk Jam instruments and are encouraged to bring them along to the Green Festival in Horsforth Hall Park on Sunday 20 September for a special Jam with the Orchestra of Objects.
