Join the Junior League of Lynchburg for a sophisticated, outdoor social benefiting our community programs and partners. The Community Garden Party will be held on Sunday, April 28th and will be a relaxing afternoon for fun and meaningful connection you surely do not want to miss! Eat charcuterie, drink mimosas, play yard games, network with others, shop local vendors, and bid at our silent auction... all while listening to live music! We want you, as members of our beloved community, to join us as we celebrate Spring and raise funds for our community partners and programs.
Tickets are available on the Eventbrite event page and are available for presale only; tickets will not be sold at the event. You can purchase a single ticket or if you plan on attending with a group of people, we recommend purchasing a table (various table sizes offered with varying discounts).
Each ticket includes a complimentary mimosa, served by Kellie Sue Event Bartending, as well as charcuterie grazing boards and non-alcoholic beverages provided by My Father’s Hands Catering and Events.
Yes! Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Additional mimosas, beer, and wine, will also be available for purchase. Note: Card or Cash will be accepted.
Yes! There will be live music from Phinees Robert - Academy Center of the Arts Artist in Residence, and Selah Vie , to enjoy and a variety of yard games to play. You can also purchase goods from featured local vendors and artisans.
Ticket sales, sponsorships, and silent auction bids, will support our various programs, initiatives, and community partnerships like the the Roads to Recovery, the League of Women Voters, and Imagination Library, as well as the Period Access Distribution (PAD) Center, a program of the League.
Yes! There will also be a silent auction at the Community Garden Party featuring items like weekend getaways, spa packages, wine tastings, and goods such as a Meanwhile Back on the Farm bag and jewelry! Bidding opens at 2:00 pm and closes at 4:00 pm.
If it rains, the event will be held the following Sunday, May 5th at same time and details.
