How old doe my child need to be to participate?

We welcome boys and girls ages 14-19

What is the cost? it says donation?

There is no set cost, we are giving back to the community and training the waterman of the future. Any donation is ok with us..... $20, $5, $10, $100 any donation is ok, no minimum and no maximum.
