Our mission is to empower women to be  unapologetic about their self-care, goal getters and maintain a healthy lifestyle for optimal wellness.  RESTORE Her events  provide education, tools and resources for women.

Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, is a celebratory day recognized by African Americans who rejoiced after learning of their emancipation from slavery in 1865. To celebrate this day, RESTORE Her Wellness in conjunction with Mirror She Needs, Inc has partnered to host a yoga event to allow you to connect with our ancestral past, investigate our feelings, and process what arises in the context of a Level 1 Kemetic Yoga Experience. This experience will allow you to focus on your breathing and alignment while reconnecting with your body and consciousness. African waist beads will be incorporated as tools to celebrate the center of our core for this healing and spiritual journey as we encourage self-love, confidence, and femininity. All are welcome. No previous yoga experience needed. The location will be indoors (but one wall is open to fresh air). Social distancing will be practiced according to CDC guidelines.
