What are the hours of operation?

Wednesday - Saturday 11-8PM and Sunday 11-6PM

What is your average weekly foot traffic?

6,000 - 8,000 per week

What's included?

Just the space. Must bring your own table and chairs. Electricity is available in most cases.

What size is the space?

Approximately 200 square feet and will be assigned upon arrival.

What time can I load in?

9:00 AM and must be done before 10:30 AM. Must enter via the loading dock. Ask for the manager on duty upon arrival.

What time do I have to load-out?

Must exit the building by 8:30 PM. Bring your own trash bags and be prepared to take your trash with you. DO NOT use any of the trash bins throughout the building. Leave the space clean.

Are you accepting food vendors?

No, not at the moment. This process is only for retail products and services. We are accepting bakery vendors.

What can't I sell?

However, due to the number of businesses already offering certain products or services, we are unable to accept the following categories: Skincare products, essential oils, cologne/perfumes, African anything, Greek attire, cigars and herbs. Also, no counterfeit items allowed.
