<h3>2nd Annual Juneteenth Celebration – Rodeo Style!</h3>Get ready for an unforgettable day of inspiration, community, and celebration!Here’s what’s happening:Keynote Speaker: Mayor Bobby Allen-Singh, sharing insights and inspiration for our community.Honoring Local Changemakers: Recognizing remarkable individuals making an impact, including Dr. Luke Wood, Dr. Ed Bush, Councilman Rod Brewer, Fahizah Alim, Lynnette Odd and Lieutenant Kionna Rowe, Katrina Hahn among many others.Celebrating 90 Decades of Wisdom: Honoring our elders aged 90+ whose lives embody resilience and wisdom.Black Family Conversation: A powerful panel discussion focusing on mental health and what it takes to heal as a community.Entertainment: DJ Gino spinning tunes, Neketia Henry serving as the event emcee, Grant Drumline bringing the rhythm, Gospel singer Ashley Young uplifting us and Country artist Kelvin Truitt sharing his talent and the Honey Steppers for line dancing amongst other talent. Special Experiences: Mixed School of Cosmetology is offering free haircuts, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Sactown Majorettes and local artists: Tasha Nichole Art and youth artist Layla.Food Vendors &amp; Booths: Enjoy a variety of food vendors and booths offering delicious eats, treats, and unique items from our community.You don’t want to miss this celebration of community, culture, and connection!
