About this event
Celebrate Freedom Day with a 75 minute class that encapsulates the attributes of Juneteenth: resilience, perseverance, determination, willpower, and grit. This special class will consist of a 30 minute spinning class, a 30 minute upper body & core workout with mini bands, & 15 minutes of Mobility along with guided breathwork & meditation facilitated by wife & husband Leah Tubbs (NWC Trainer & Harlem Cycle Instructor) & Shaun Tubbs (Harlem Cycle Lead Instructor & Director of Training). Adults of all levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. Product provided by Nike for all attendees.

The workout session will be 75 minutes in total and will include: 30 minutes of indoor cycling/spinning, a 30 minute core and upper body workout with mini bands, & 15 minutes of mobility (stretching) and mindfulness (guided breathwork & meditation).
All necessary equipment will be provided at the event. Participants will be provided with Nike workout clothes to wear during the class. Please come or bring sneakers to wear for the class. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the session.

If you are unable to attend the event, you will not be able to pick up your Nike gear. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend.
